Welcome to ProCare Prosthetics and Orthotics
Our
service to the community is to provide prosthetic and orthotic
devices to individuals with musculoskeltal disabilities and
those who have lost a limb. ProCare was founded in 2002 by Bret Lee,
CPO, to provide a wide range of prosthetic and orthotic devices
to residents of Jackson, Mississippi and the surrounding areas. Bret
is a lifelong Mississippian and resident of the Jackson, Mississippi
area. Our company distinguishes itself from other providers by providing
personalized care driven by each patient’s specific needs and desires.
In our practice, we continually focus on the following: Providing
an exceptional prosthesis or orthosis; Refusing to be satisfied with
the first fitting; Continuing to monitor each patient’s satisfaction
with their device; and Modifying and adjusting the device while paying
special attention to the patient’s wishes and expectations.
Our
company operates with a conscious awareness that our products must
be as perfect as possible so our clients can go about their daily
activities with the comfort and confidence they deserve. The practitioners
at ProCare specialize in fabricating custom-made and custom-fit prosthetic
and orthotic devices. ProCare will work with each patient until everything
is right and everyone is satisfied. We strive to counsel, educate
and involve each patient and their families throughout the process
to keep motivation levels high and concerns at a minimum. We take
great pride in our products and services provided to our patients.
If a client is not satisfied with a custom product and adjustments
cannot be made to resolve the issue, there is a 90-day warranty from
the day of delivery.
